Our learners at the Boys Campus participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities on Wednesday of each week. In a programme introduced by our Principal, Mr Ashraf Dawood, all learners participate in activities ranging from Playball for the Foundation Phase, culinary classes, art, board games, soccer and cricket for learners in the Intermediate, Senior and FET Phases.
Extracurricular activity is an important element of the development of learners. For the majority of learners, involvement in extracurricular activities plays an important role in the school experience. Learners become involved in extracurricular activities not only for entertainment, social, and enjoyment purposes, but most important, to gain and improve skills. Extracurricular activities provide a setting to become involved and to interact with other students, thus leading to increased learning and enhanced development.
